All my classes are one hour long and are a Vinyasa flow.
Please secure a spot on your mat before attending.
Classes are very busy but drop in spots are often available.

Tuesday
6 pm @ Scout hut, Holtwood Road, Burngreave
Wednesday
8 am @ Scout hut, Welby Place, Meersbrook
6 pm @ Heeley Institute, Heeley
